Check-in: the rooms are available from 2:00 pm
Checkout: it is necessary to leave the rooms before 10:00 am. The bill can be paid on the arrival day or anytime during the stay. It is possible to pay cash only in CZK otherwise by credit card.
The reception 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Exchange office 7:30 am to 10:30 pm.
The restaurant is open from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm.
For hotel guest

from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm – dinner
The restaurant is non smoking area. Wi-Fi connection is available in the restaurant area.
The Whisky bar is open from 3:30 pm to 1:00 am., there is located the smoking area with TV, in front of the Whisky bar.
Buffet type breakfast. The buffet type dinner is served from 20 December 2009 to 21 March 2010. Otherwise, the dinner is served as a menu.

Towels are changed every third day of the stay and the rooms are cleaned every day between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.A hair dryer and a hotel safe are available free of charge for the hotel guests at the reception.
You can deposit your ski free of charge in our ski-room which is located in the basement of our hotel. The key and information are available at the reception. We request a deposit of 100 CZK for the key. After returning the key, we will pay back the deposit. In the summer, this room is used as a bicycle room – free of charge.
